The Philodendron Moonlight is a McColley cultivar hybridized in the 1960’s. Despite the age of this cultivar, ‘Moonlight’ is a fresh face in today’s plant market. The new growth comes in with a yellow/chartreuse color, hardening off to a deeper chartreuse. As the hardened leaves with even more time the foliage deepens to a true green. This plant grows in a compact shape that won’t need support like a moss pole, or stake for years at a time. This plant is the perfect gift for a new plant enthusiast and beginners.
