Alocasia Frydek Variegata is a rare and stunning house plant. The variegation combines deep greens, grays, and whites. With both sectoral and splash style variegation each leaf is completely unique. The arrow heart-shaped velvety leaves have vivid white venation. The length of the petioles Depends on how much or little light you provide your plant. To maintain proper variegation light heat is necessary. Light and heat effect coloration in variegation expressed as white/beige/creamy tones.

Care:
The Alocasia Frydek Variegata, much like its counterpart Frydek enjoys medium to bright indirect light. The Variegata can burn on the whitest parts of the leaf even with indirect light if its too intense. Grow lights should be used at a lower setting with this plant. Don't allow the soil to dry out completely, irregular watering can easily lead to root rot. This plant tends to reproduce thru pups, these baby plants can be more or less variegated then the parent plant.
