Cordyline/Ti Plants are full sun exterior plants. When grown indoors lots of nature light or grow lights would be required. This plant is a cane, growing new offshoots along the cane. This plant can adjust to intermittent watering, but prefers to be water often. Fertilize this pant often ad it's a fast grower.
